Setup would include a weather link (probably through Yahoo, seems to be a recurring trend in skins so far), and news display
network and cpu/ram displays, IP address display, and memory display, and a small bar interface for media player support (in a minor HUD attachment)
Add in usual items typically associated with skins (e.g. : clock, calender, notes, power, net connection strength, etc.)
Accessibility through buttons to organize clutter and minimize the amount of tabs having to be opened at once.
Think that's roughly it for what I'd like to see in a Rainmeter Skin. I'm currently enlisted in the military, so anything that'll help speed up visibility and effectiveness is always in my target sights.
